Talk about your belated sequels! It’s been going on thirty years since that golden condor disappeared into the sunrise leaving us to wonder “what now…?” but The Mysterious Cities of Gold is finally returning for a second season (the first of three more apparently).
Assuming this is the real deal and not an elaborately cruel joke by some French animation students we’ll have something to look forward to in September. Well, the French will at any rate. Who knows about the rest of us?
